Bute Street works 2001 Parnell, Mackie and Rowe Bute Street, Cardiff The aim of the Bute Street Public Art and Workshop Programme ws to work with members of the Butetown community on a series of arts workshops between November 2000 and February 2001 on themes relating to Butetown past and present.  The resulting artwork from the workshop programme were exhibited in March 2001. The workshop programme provided the basis for the design of public art works to run along Bute Street which was later implemented by a programme led by CBAT with 3 lead artists Heather Parnell, David Mackie and Andrew Rowe.
