Adventurer’s Quay 1999 David Mackie & Andrew Rowe Plinth, Bridge and Grilles, Adventurers Quay CBAT were approached by St. David Ltd. To investigate the possibility of commissioning an artist to resolve the design of the piazza between the new development and the British Gas offices on Churchill Way Andrew Leicester was the artist chosen and his task was to propose a designed which was in line with the proposed housing block
