This projects a sense of originality that is in good keeping with the work of artists and their own perspective on their surroundings and influences. This element is key as it can be employed to further communicate Grant Thornton’s brand through staff involvement and a person-to-person relationship with artists For Grant Thornton CBAT created a unique exercise to harness the latent creative talents of the staff at the firms Cardiff office, designed to bring art to the workplace based around the firm's brand 'Individual Perspective'.

The project, which has received support from Arts & Business’ New Partners cash investment scheme, comprised initially of an installation of artworks by Cardiff University graduate and photographic artist Peter Bobby.

Peter Bobby's photographs were displayed at the newly refurbished Grant Thornton Cardiff office for a two month period to act as a source of inspiration and discussion for staff. He then held two lunchtime talks for staff - followed by a series of staff photography workshops. The staff workshop programme included sessions on each of the firm's brand values; Drive, People, Responsibility, Real World View, Perceptiveness and Courage. Attending staff then explored, through photography, what the value they chose means to them.

To date more than 400 images have been created by Grant Thornton staff and in June 2006 a selection of 30 images
